Scope
& Specifications:
Our 0.25 cubic foot capacity ribbon blender is designed
to mix powdered ingredients such as dessert, pancake,
bread, and spice mixes but could also be used for blending
of product in other applications. During blending process
liquids, oils, and shortening can be added to the dry
mix through the access port in the acrylic lid. This
unit was designed to accurately scale up from a batch
size in the lab to full scale in a processing plant.
