Burrow Industries, Inc. has has
developed a new tool for the food processing industry.
Burrow is now presenting the Laboratory Ribbon
Blender to its worldwide customers. This tool
is designed to accurately scale up from a .25 cubic foot
batch size in the lab to full scale in a processing plant.
Designed to mix powdered ingredients such as, dessert,
pancake, bread, and spice mixes, with the ability to add
liquid oils and shortening to the dry mix. Further, the
addition of high speed Smizzers can cut ingredients to

One of the reoccurring problems in the bag filling industry
has been the contamination of bag seals during the filling
process. This difficult issue has been an on going problem
that lowers filling rates, hampers output levels, challenges

The PFCV closing doors provide a virtually positive cut
off every time and can easily operate at rates beyond 120
bags per minute. With a positive cut off every time, the
auger filling of fine materials can increase rates, meet
bag weight limits, and the filling process can now meet
quality control numbers.
